If you loved the award-winning Korean movie Parasite (2019), then you should check out the Korean drama series Little Women (2022) on Netflix. It’s a rollercoaster of suspense and mystery following the dramatic lives of a group of sisters in Seoul, Korea. Similar to Parasite, it tells the story of a poor family who become embroiled in the lives of a powerful, wealthy family.

A League of Nobleman (2023) is a Chinese historical mystery TV series. It follows Zhang Ping, a poor orphan from the countryside who is making his living as a noodle seller in the capital while studying for the exam to become a government official. His dream is to someday join the Ministry of Justice and solve crimes. In the meantime, he has earned the nickname “Noodle Detective” through his efforts to solve minor everyday mysteries for his neighbors.

The fourth installment in the Thor anthology, Thor Love and Thunder (Disney+, 2022), does not disappoint.  Though story craft is sometimes shoved aside to make room for hot button issues, the story is able to regain it's foothold.  It was nice to see Natalie Portman and Tessa Thompson hit it off so well on the screen, it would have been even better to have seen more of that female bonding chemistry.  In the end it is Thor who gets the glory and Natalie Portman's character,&

Some of the challenges the contestants face include making a giant throne using only edible plants, making a dress entirely out of flowers, and recreating a scene from a fairytale.

Crash Landing on You (2019) is a South Korean television series about Yoon Se-ri, a wealthy South Korean businesswoman who gets into a paragliding accident and lands in North Korean territory, where she is discovered by Ri Jeong-hyeok, a North Korean soldier who agrees to hide her until he can help her get back home. Despite their cultural differences and the danger that faces them both if Se-ri should be discovered by North Korean authorities, the two begin to fall in love.
