Talking About Race Pt 3: Systemic Racism

Systemic Racism refers to societal patterns and structures that impose oppressive or otherwise negative conditions on identifiable groups on the basis of race or ethnicity. Oppression may come from business, the government, the health care system, school systems, or the court, among other institutions. Join DEI200 for a panel discussion to learn about the cycle and discuss what systemic racism looks like in our community with local subject matter experts.
