Tai Chi

Join Vilija Tamulynas from the local Body & Brain studio for a sample Tai Chi class. Learn about the holistic fitness benefits of this meditative martial art form which enhances physical and mental health. The class will include a combination of movement, relaxed concentration and breathwork to increase flexibility, boost energy, reduce stress and improve stamina.
