Valerie Higgins, Lab Archivist and Historian of Fermilab, gives an overview of the lab's 50+ year history, from the reasons for the lab's creation to their plans for the future. She covers the lab's major scientific and technological accomplishments, including the discovery of the bottom and top quarks and the building and operation of the Tevatron, as well as highlights of the lab's architecture, art, and natural history, and educational and outreach programs.
