ACES: Mental Health

May is Mental Health Awareness month! Join professionals from Metropolitan Family Services for a brief discussion of mental health challenges as we change roles and stages in life. Participants of Caregiver, Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, and Life Transitions support groups will share common struggles and ways to find help.

The ACES: Aging & Caregiving Engagement & Support series is designed for all seniors and caregivers. We want our community members to get the support they need at every age and stage.
