Non-Profit Donation & Sponsorship Policy

The Wheaton Public Library (WPL) fully supports Wheaton schools and organizations of the City of Wheaton. While the WPL will not make any type of monetary donations it will consider donations in other ways, such as baskets with books, reading incentives, etc.

WPL will grant donations for Wheaton schools and non-for-profit Wheaton organizations when possible.

All requests should be submitted in writing to the Library Director at least three weeks before the scheduled event. Requests’ should be submitted with a 501(c) 3 non-profit documentation, if applicable. The Library Director will review all requests and contact will be made to the requester if the donation will be considered. The Library Director reserves the right to deny a request if there are no items available to donate.
