Brian Watkins is a management, learning, and development consultant who started his own consulting practice, BTOM Consultants, in 2020. His focus is on making all managers great through a proven program of behaviors. Brian has over 20 years of experience in learning and development and talent management at several well-known companies. Brian has had the privilege to lead teams that have won international awards for the effectiveness of the training programs created.

Brian lives in Buffalo Grove with his wife, 2 daughters, and a cat that doesn’t seem to appreciate all that Brian does for him. Brian was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, but is a die-hard Cubs fan, and graduated from Marquette University.
