Customers don't buy products or services, they buy the benefits that they get from their purchase. How do we sell the benefits of a product or service? Is your product or service better than your competition? We will have a focused, interactive open discussion on these important sales issues.

The Facilitator for the Focused Interactive Discussion will be SCORE Fox Valley Member and Master Mentor Tom Drouin . Tom was a Senior Executive for a major Corporation, and a Sales Leader for that Corporation before retiring a few years ago.
