Understanding your customer's needs is among the hardest tasks for the small business owner. Come, share and learn from Business Entrepreneurs in your community. The attendees at this Roundtable will have the opportunity to discuss and learn how to determine a Customer's needs, and how to get them to say yes to your Product or Service offering .

​The Facilitator for this Roundtable will be SCORE Fox Valley Member and Master Mentor Tom Drouin. Tom was a Senior Executive for a major corporation, and Sales Leader for that Corporation before retiring a few years ago.
