When you submit a resume online, computer algorithms determine whether you are a qualified candidate and unless you know the ins and outs – the robot/computer will always win. Make sure the resume makes it past the ATS and into the hands of a human being. Learn how to create a resume that will beat the ATS. Learn how to match your resume to the job you desire.
