**This program is full.**

The Secretary of State's Mobile Express Unit will be in Meeting Room A to offer limited services, which now includes registering for the REAL ID. This program is in partnership with the City of Wheaton. 

Registration is required. Walk-ins will NOT be accepted. To register, email us at ce@wheatonlibrary.org with your desired time or call 630-868-7560 or 630-868-7520.

Services available include:

  • Renewal/Correction of Driver's License
  • New/Renewal/Correction of State ID
  • Vehicle Sticker Sales (License Plate)
  • Organ/Tissue Donor Information and Registration
  • Motor Voter Registration with Driver’s License/ID Renewal 
  • REAL ID Registration

Visit The Illinois Secretary of State website for fees and required documentation. Acceptable forms of payment include personal checks, cashier's checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards, and debit cards. Cash will NOT be accepted.
