Event Details
This presentation focuses on tools and activities for researchers to incorporate in genealogy research and historical source analysis. We will begin with a review of essential planning strategies to facilitate effective research projects. Key elements include establishing research objectives; tools and tips for creating research plans and updating them as your research progresses; and understanding the purpose and content of historical records and how they can provide additional paths to research discoveries. We will also discuss the diverse array of historical records that exist and what we may learn from them.
