“Servant leadership” is more than the latest fad in management practices; it is a proven leadership approach that will benefit those both inside, and those beyond the walls of your organization. Learn more about the leadership approach that has been practiced for thousands of years yet is just now being discovered by businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, and government agencies around the world.

Rick DeVries of Alpha P.O.S. is a change agent with high-level servant leadership experience in corporate and not-for-profit organizations. He currently serves as the director of strategic partnerships at Alpha, a Winfield-based small business focusing on the restaurant industry (runonalpha.com). A student of organizational leadership, Rick is an avid life-long learner with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Rick is in the process of earning a Ph.D. in organizational leadership Ph.D. from Concordia University Chicago and is a faculty member of the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership at Seton Hall University (greenleaf.org).
