Drop in for a free blood pressure screening with Northwestern Medicine.

Community-focused blood pressure screenings provide a simple and effective way to identify individuals with elevated blood pressures, provide necessary education, and to motivate individuals to seek follow-up care. Patients receive the education necessary to seek care when appropriate and awareness of community resources/programming to support lifestyle modifications. Northwestern Medicine staff will also assist in connecting those without primary care to a primary care medical home.
