Arts & Culture Center

WPL welcomes local artists to exhibit their work and community groups to present their organizations in the Arts & Culture Center, located on the first floor of the library.

The purpose of the Arts and Culture Center is to introduce local and regional artists to the public as well as a serve as an informational display space for community partners or upcoming events.

Art is such an extension of your soul. I love creating all different types of art that tell a story. This exhibit showcases my whimsical/folk art which hopefully makes you smile.

Marilyn Peretti

Marilyn Peretti of Glen Ellyn, exhibited nature art for 26 years with the art group at the Morton Arboretum. Now she turns to her deep interest in justice and peace by painting portraits of people who represent these traits, persons who are have used their own talents to work toward a better world. She titles this exhibit, GOOD PEOPLE.
