The end of summer is approaching, which means the 2022-2023 school year is just around the corner! See below for ways students can volunteer this fall, get assistance with their homework, and receive personalized book recommendations.
Looking for ways to volunteer during the school year? Teens in grades 6-12 can earn service hours with the library! Fill out our Volunteer Interest Form and we’ll be in touch to work out a schedule.
Did you know you can access live online tutoring with your library card from home? WPL patrons have access to Brainfuse HelpNow which hosts homework help offerings for all ages. Beyond access to live tutoring from 2-11:00 pm daily, K-12 and college students can take lessons on all subjects plus submit writing samples to receive personalized feedback. This resource also has practice exams for the GED, ACT, SAT, GRE, AP, and more.
