Mindfulness Meditation Workshop

Join us via Zoom as Chopra Center certified instructor Stephanie Frantz teaches you a simple mindfulness meditation technique and a stress-buster breathing exercise to relax and increase your overall sense of wellbeing. Explore the benefits of developing a regular meditation practice to improve health, strengthen the immune system and release stress and anxiety.

This is an interactive workshop. If comfortable, we ask that you turn your camera and microphone on during the program so the presenter can better engage with you!
