Drawing upon practices from her book, 108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas, Julie Gentile will discuss how to prioritize your self-care with simple practices, including seated yoga stretches, meditations, and breathing exercises you can do when you're busy.
Registration is required. Each attendee must be registered individually to be guaranteed a seat. In the event that this program becomes full, individuals on the waiting list may be seated (if seating is available) at the scheduled program start time.
