Sleep affects our mood, concentration, immune system and general enjoyment of our days and life. Dr. Lemke is trained in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) and will teach you evidence-based strategies that will give you back control of your sleep.
Registration is required. Each attendee must be registered individually to be guaranteed a seat. In the event that this program becomes full, individuals on the waiting list may be seated (if seating is available) at the scheduled program start time.
