  • All holds were transferred as Active
    Please log in to My Account and Suspend any requests that were previously frozen. Learn how to Suspend Requests
  • Your PIN has changed
    It is the last 4 digits of the phone number in My Account. Click "Forgot Your PIN?" to reset it by email.
  • Self-Checkouts are new
    Check out, renew, view your account or pay fines (any amount over $1) with credit or debit card.
    LINKin and ILL material must be checked out at the desk until April 1

What's New - My Account

  • Your PIN has changed
    • It is the last 4 digits of the phone number in your account
    • To change your PIN click Forgot your PIN and a reset link will be sent to the email address in your account
  • You may create a Username to access your account, instead of using your barcode number
  • Set Preferences to receive E-receipts instead of printed receipts at checkout
  • My Reading History WILL transfer
    • If you did not opt-in to My Reading History, you may opt-in now to keep track of checkouts after you opt-in
  • Preferred Searches, My Lists and My Ratings WILL NOT transfer
    • Titles on My Lists can be exported and re-entered in the new online catalog as My Lists
    • Preferred Searches cannot be exported, but can be re-entered in the new online catalog as Saved Searches
  • Suspend and Reactivate Requests
    • Freeze a hold = Suspend
    • Uncheck Freeze box = Reactivate
    • To Suspend a hold you must enter a "suspend until" date up to 2 years in the future
  • Staff can reactivate cancelled holds for you
  • Status of Requests (Holds)
    • Active = Waiting for item to be returned
    • Pending= Waiting for item to be pulled from the shelf
    • Inactive = Hold has been suspended
    • Held = Ready for pickup on the self-serve hold shelf

What's New - Automatic Renewals & Notices

  • Checked out items will automatically renew 3 days before the due date when possible
  • The new due date may be for 1 week, 2 weeks or 3 weeks, and will match the initial checkout period
  • The new due date is calculated from the date renewed not from the original due date
  • Items will automatically renew up to 4 times when possible
  • Items on hold and new feature films cannot be renewed
  • You may renew items through My Account
    • The new due date is calculated from the date renewed not from the original due date
    • You will use one of your 4 renewals
  • A Courtesy Notice is sent 3 days before an item is due (email only)
    and 2 days before an item is due (text only) Sign up for text notices
    • It may tell you the item has been renewed and give you the new due date
    • It may tell you the item cannot be renewed and must be returned
  • An Overdue Notice is sent 3 days after an item is due (text, email, phone only)
    • The item may have been renewed the maximum 4 times and wasn't returned by the due date
    • The item may have holds or be a new feature film and wasn't returned by the due date
    • You are responsible for any overdue fines, which may be paid online in My Account
  • A 2nd Overdue Notice is sent 8 days after an item is due
  • A Bill is sent 21 days after an item is due
  • Collection Agency is notified 35 days after a item is due and $10 fee is added to your account
