Child Library Card Registration

Registration

Residents who live within Wheaton city limits may complete the online registration form for their child.  By registering for a card you agree to abide by the Circulation Policy when borrowing materials which states that parents/guardians are responsible for all materials checked out on a child's card linked to their account.

Verification of Identity

For your identity protection, we are required to verify your personal identity to open a library account for your child.  Your personal identity is verified not the child's. By completing the online application, you consent to allow the Library to use a secure, trusted third-party vendor (Ekata) to verify your identity.
